For Egyptian day, all the children made such a massive effort to dress up in their costumes and they all looked wonderful!

As part of the day, we learnt how to dance like an Egyptian, all about the Geography of the land, how to measure like an Egyptian, we looked at some genuine Egyptian artefacts and learnt about different pharaohs. The highlight of the day was the afternoon - the mummification!  We learnt all about the steps to mummify a body and even learnt about the funeral possession, which ended in us seeing an amazing sarcophagus. It was an BRILLIANT day!
