On Monday, the children at Tudor took part in a whole school assembly about remembrance. The children were shown different images and we talked about ways to remember things. This is obviously very poignant at this time of year.

We discussed the poppy as a symbol to help us remember and the children were able to share what they know about why people choose to wear poppies.

As also mentioned on our school text service, poppies will be available to purchase by a donation in all classes. If you would like your child to wear a poppy, please place a donation  in their school book bag.  

The school will also be taking part in a period of silence at 11am.
