The seaside will be coming to Tudor... you wait and see!

As part of our Key Stage 1 Seaside Theme this term, we are having our very own Seaside day here at Tudor. On this day, your child can come to school wearing their ‘holiday clothes’.  There will also be an opportunity for them to get wet in our paddling pools so they will also need to bring in an item of clothing you do not mind them getting wet in (eg swimming trunks, swimming costume) and a towel.

Also included in our fun-filled day is:

• ‘Punch and Judy’ and a magic show with Mr.Marvel
• Donkey rides
• 110 foot inflatable assault course (to represent the rides you would normally find on a pier)
• Sandcastle competition (Yes – we are having tonnes of sand being delivered)
• Seaside treats of popcorn, candy floss and a visit from ‘Noviellos’ ice-cream van

Kevin, our school cook, is also changing the lunch menu on that day to include the traditional seaside choice of ‘fish and chips’ or vegetarian hotdog. 

Although the school is heavily subsidising this amazing experience, we are asking for parents to contribute a payment of £5 so that all of the events can take place.  We also need you to make us aware if you do not wish your child to take part in any of the above activities.
