Our first week in Year 6 has been jam-packed with loads of different learning from across the curriculum. From learning about battle cries in English, to listening to Blues music. It has been a fun start to Year 6.
In PSHE, we enjoyed learning about the importance of working collaboratively to build bridges. We had to build a straw bridge as a team that could hold the weight of a glue stick for 10 seconds - it was super tricky!
We had the added challenge of not being able to speak at points and having limited resources to do it. Even though it was tricky, there was lots of fun and plenty of laughter working as a team.
