Throughout our DT this half-term, we have worked really hard to create a final product. We were given a set criteria - creating a textile product to support a Viking or Anglo-Saxon journey across the seas. 

We spent time looking at existing products to understand how the products were stitched together. We then took some ideas to plan out a product. As a year group, we designed lots of products such as: hot water bottle carriers, bottle holders, hats and snoods. Once we had created our design, we then practised different sewing techniques and then applied these when creating our final product. Our final products were sensational and we were all super proud of ourselves!
