We have had a great time learning about the rainforest, but what is it actually like there?  Well, we couldn't get on a plane and head over to the tropics, so instead we headed to London and spent a day at Kew.

During our day we were amazed at all the plants and trees, as well as having a birds' eye view on the tree-top walk. Then we explored the greenhouses, finding giant lilly pads and carnivorous plants! Finally, we had a workshop where we learnt all about how the plants in the rainforest can be used.
