In 3T, we wanted to get a better grip on what exactly a centimeter is.
So we used our ruler to measure different parts of our bodies, to find something that was 1mm, 1cm, 5cm and 10cm. We then measured our pencils and used that to measure different objects on our tables. Finally, we used our rulers again to check our measurements were correct.
