This week in maths we have been adding! We have learnt lots of mathematical vocabulary like 'part', 'whole', and 'sum'. We have learnt that addition is commutative (that the numbers we are adding can switch places and still give us the same answer). We have been using cubes, tens frames and part whole models to help up and have even been using these to write equations by ourselves. Miss Gamble has been SO impressed by our maths work this week!
