We started our final half-term in Year 3 this week - we cannot believe how quickly it has rushed by! 

To start the week, we researched using secondary sources to find out about the four important parts of a plant. Here is a label to show you:

Please ask us about their functions... that was what we had to research! We then created a google slides document to outline their functions and why they were important. 

In English this week, we started another new topic... this time, riddles. 

Riddle me this...

I am a golden statue proudly standing on the sand,

I am as tall as a tree in the depths of the rainforest, 

I have a belly full of treasures, 

I am a mysterious puzzle... what am I? 

No answer here... but the children will definitely know. Give them an ask!
