In literacy, we put together a travel brochure, talking about different things to do and visit when in Australia, alongside naming typical Australian animals in a zoo.

We also read the book 'Possum Magic' and talking about the different parts of Australia in the book and typical Australian food.

We also looked at Aboriginal Art and even had a go ourselves at making some beautiful dot art to decorate a boomerang! Alongside this we will make our own Aboriginal Rain maker.

We had a wonderful guest in on Thursday afternoon to talk to us about New Zealand and we greeted them with a special song called: Epo I Tai E!
