Today we did something a little different in Miss Foy's phonics group. We have been learning how to draw sound buttons and strings onto our words, this helps us to sound them out. 

We needed a little practice at this, so Miss Foy stuck our phonics learning under out tables and got us to lay on our backs with a coloured pen (we got to choose our favourite!) and draw them on... we LOVED it and got them ALL right! 

We had a really proud teacher today :)
