1P round up of the day (2nd April 2020)

Our topic task of the day was to "Can you choose your own favourite farm animal and design a home for it, can you label and write a few sentences explaining why you have chosen the place and how it will benefit the animal."
We've received so much fabulous work today. Take a look...

Dominik
From Dominik and Mum: "Today Dominik made a barn for the sheep. He made it out of  duplo blocks. Dominik has also made a fire engine in case the barn catches fire (as you can see on the picture the barn is already on fire). The sheep can be fed by the farmer through the magic window. There is a bed for the sheep and a chair for the farmer for when he's shaving sheep's coat.

"I did this home for pigs and their piglets.  It has little houses for them to sleep in. There are two patches of mud, one for piglets and one for big pigs. They have food and water and a colourful fence to keep them safe."

Alexis
"We did some fun science experiments this morning! Lexi used her protective clothing and we followed the instructions to make fizzy bombs, a volcano, self inflating balloons and an exploding rocket! Mummy wrote out a little of what we did and Lexi explained what the results were in her own words too."
