Friday's 2Q Round up AND answers for today's workbook

A round up of the 2Q action

It has been a busy week with work books, extra tasks and zoom chats!  As well as completing your workbooks, it has been great to see so many other activities going on- both from the sheet we sent home or just great ideas to do with your family.

Jamie did some science with skittles- the colours are AMAZING!!!

Maybe try this one at home https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEGCvj977_A can you make raisins dance?

There has been a lot of baking this week too- Daisy and Aiden shared their creations with us during our Show and Tell.  Plus Hannah, Bella and Amie  sent in pictures of their lovely cooking too.

Here's Ellie- May with her creation:

It has been great to see so many of you working through the maths that you have been set. Merielle put her whiteboard to good use to solve this number sentence:

As well as writing her own word problems.  Edie took her maths with her on her daily walk/scoot, making a pictogram of all the rainbows she could see in:

Another person taking their learning outside was Daisy who went on a bug hunt and learnt some french! (Tres Bien):

On top of this we saw and heard signs of spring, poems, pets, posters, salt dough creations and talents at Show and Tell- which I DEFINITELY think we will do next Friday! So start thinking about what you would like to show.

I don't have a big enough blog to show you all the amazing things you have been up to and you are just continually proving to us that we are right to be so proud of you and all you do. I will be looking out for more Gold Award winners next week.

Please give your families in your house a big thank you for all their help this week- they deserve it!

Right, the answers for today's pages are attached below. Enjoy your weekend, so you are all set for more on Monday- plus keep an eye out for new ways we are looking to work with you after Easter.

Keep safe and I MISS YOU,

Miss Cosby x
