During the final assembly of the year, a number of extra-special things take place. As well as the important sharing of the prestigious headteacher award nominations, we celebrate a number of different achievements that have occurred during the previous school year.

Mr Weightman also shares the Tudor A-Z list for the year.

Here is 'The A-Z of Tudor 2022-2023':

A- Art Week- Miss Houston- you inspired us all with your ideas. Thank you!

B- Breakfast Club- Mrs Higgins and her team ensure SO MANY children have a fun start EVERY day.

C- Coronation! -Charles is now our ‘Cing’ and Camilla is the ‘Cween’!

D- ‘Dennys’- Well done to Mr Denny (and Dexter) who help prepare our school EVERY day for you.

E- Electric Umbrella- what an awesome assembly it was for everyone to enjoy.

F- ‘Foy!’ This FABULOUS teacher started the year in reception but ended it in Year 4. Well done! 

G- Gamble- It was never a GAMBLE to put Miss Gamble in 3S- she has been GREAT!

H- ‘Higgins and the gold Standard’- once again, we have achieved GOLD for our PE provision!

I- Incredible food- we have SUCH a SUPER kitchen team. Thank you to Lissa and her cooks!

J- Jodee, Jess and Jordan- what awesome teachers we have in early years. They are SUPERB!

K- Kreative Dance Academy- EVERY child enjoyed high quality dance tuition this year. 

L- Learning- Well done to the teaching team who help you learn more (AND MORE) each lesson. 

M- Manners-l thank you for being so polite to each other. We notice you doing the right things!

N- NEARLY FULL! -We’re virtually FULL up now at Tudor Primary School! Wow!

O- Ofsted- well done to EVERYONE that achieved that SUPER report in December.

P- Phonics fun!- Miss Adams has led the way for you all to flourish with phonics…

Q- Quizzes to summer fairs- the Friends of Tudor do so much for EVERY child at Tudor Primary.

R- Reading! - We continue to INVEST in helping you all become independent readers!

S- Supporting other schools- Tudor is proud to be sharing our skills with other settings.

T- Tables check- Tudor ONCE AGAIN is setting the standards for awesome results.

U- U- as in YOU! - You truly make Tudor Primary a fun place to come to EVERY day. #TeamTudor!

V- Visits- Tudor Primary will always make sure that you have the best time in (and out of!) school.

W- Winners- our sports teams have performed well this year. We have won lots of awards.

X- ‘Xtra Care’- We now offer you ‘The Hangout’- you are looked after from 7.45am until 6pm!

Y- The amazing children of 6Y- you arrived 7 years ago- WELL DONE for all you have achieved.

Z- The equally awesome children of 6Z- Have the BEST time at secondary school. Stay in touch!
