What do Rocks and Starburst have in common?

Turns out, more than you would think! In 3T, we used starbursts to represent the different types of rocks that make up the Earth's surface. By applying pressure and heat (and lots of squeezing!) we turned the starbursts into Sedimentary and Metamorphic Rocks. We then even melted a starburst into "magma" and let it solidify into Igneous Rock.
