We read 'The Three Little Pigs' in our English lessons and then designed our own houses in Science, making sure that we chose suitable materials.  We explained why we had chosen different materials to make different features.

Not all of the pigs in the story chose suitable materials.  We imagined what materials they might have chosen to make objects to go inside their houses and explained why these would have been unsuitable, thinking about the properties of the materials.
