Virtual Reading Drive

Have you heard about our virtual reading drive? Read our blog to find out more!

The opportunity for a child to read to an adult regularly is incredibly important and we want to do all that we can for the children at Tudor Primary to benefit from this. From Monday 12th October, we have started running a virtual reading drive through Seesaw. We invite you to read with your child for at least 10 minutes every day either before or after school and, as we can’t do this all together, to upload a recording of your child reading to Seesaw so that they can share with us how they are getting on.

Each time the children read on Seesaw, they will be given a raffle ticket which will be placed into a prize draw that will be drawn at the end of the month. The more they read, the more tickets they’ll get!  They will also continue to receive a merit once per week if five comments have been written in their reading record throughout the week.
