Some highlights from today's home learning along with CGP and reading task answers.

Today's extra challenge was to make as many words as possible using the letters in the word 'chrysanthemum'.  Well done to everyone who had a go and who sent us their answers.  An extra well done to those people who also found out that a chrysanthemum is a flowering plant.  It's great that so many of you are emailing us regularly.  If you haven't done so yet, then please do.  Miss Cosby and I love to hear from you and to see what you've been doing.  Remember that you can contact us at:    2r@tudor.herts.sch.uk  and    2Q@tudor.herts.sch.uk

Daniel had the super idea of making letter cards to help with his challenge today (see the above photograph).  Here are the different words that some of you managed to find.

Olivia's work                            Ethan's work including definitions                       Kye's words

We've had an amazing variety of pictures sent in today showing the super stuff that you're doing at home.

Hannah and Rosa made their own jungle for their toy primates.  The cuddly primates look very happy in their new home!

Andreas has been busy reading.  Make sure that you're remembering to read every day too.

Amie has been keeping a close eye on the birds in her garden and Bella has found out all about goldfinches.

Lots of you have been busy baking and making things at home.  These cakes were made by Amelia and look absolutely delicious.

We also have lots of budding artists in Year 2.  This is Issac's amazing picture of Captain America and Harry's colourful rainbow.

Keep up the awesome home learning Year 2.  You're doing an amazing job and we're both really proud of you.

Best wishes,

Miss Scott and Miss Cosby
