Melting chocolate? That's not cool!

Exploring reversible changes in Science by melting and cooling chocolate.

In 5W, our task was to find a way to reverse the effects of melting fairtrade chocolate that was being shipped to the UK. We found that using an icepack to cool the chocolate was the quickest method of reversing the changes. We also discussed some changes that are irreversible - like cooking an egg or mixing flour and water!
