AUTUMN TERM AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
We are pleased to share with you our brand new selection of after school clubs for the Autumn Term. We hope that you will enjoy our huge range of sporting clubs and fun activities on offer each day throughout the week.
We are also pleased to continue our hugely popular “Freewheel Fridays” now for ALL year groups - a chance for your child to enjoy the playground at Tudor on their bikes and scooters safely away from the roads – Reception, Y1, Y2 children MUST be accompanied by a parent and DO NOT need to sign up – you can just come along each Friday. Y3 upwards can also enjoy our Freewheel Friday club, however unless attending with a parent MUST sign up on the sheet overleaf and check in and out with a member of staff when arriving and leaving the club.
Please note in the event of forecast inclement weather we will text if the club is to be cancelled. Do ensure you check your texts throughout the day.
In order to reduce the amount of paper sent out, ALL the clubs for every age group are listed overleaf. If you would like your child to take part in a club, please check the Year Group column to establish that they are eligible to attend, and fill out the corresponding columns, ticking to say you are interested and entering the name and class of your child an d whether they will be collected from the club by an adult, or walking home on their own (Y4, 5 & 6 only).
Clubs will start w/c 13th September and finish w/c 6th December (running the full week this week until the 10th). The clubs will run after school 3.15-4.15 pm. If your child goes to Energy Kidz, they will be taken to the hall after the club has finished by the club leader.
If you would like your child to take part, please complete the form overleaf and send it back to school by 9am on the morning of the Thursday 9th September. If numbers exceed the maximum for these clubs, the places will be drawn by ballot. You will be informed of the outcome of the ballot by text. Please ensure the school has your correct contact details.
School clubs are offered at a hugely subsidised rate. Some clubs via external providers do cost a little more, but we still feel these offer exceptional value for money. If you are in receipt of additional funding such as PPG, or need assistance to enable your child to attend a club, do please contact the office & we will endeavour to support you.
Payment is not required at this stage, but will be required once you have had confirmation of an allocated place and will be able to be made via Gateway or in cash in the office.
Form is in the attachments below.
